SPRING MUSICAL - 2025
The spring musical was Schoolhouse Rock Live!, taking audiences back to their childhood in some cases to enjoy how we learned things such as the Preamble to the constitution, our adverbs and adjectives, and how to multiply by 3 or 5. Students came away with knowledge that only putting information to music allows us to learn and retain so easily.
FALL PLAY - 2024
This year, there were two one act plays for the students to enjoy. One was entitled Checking In, which showed people in all stages of life at a hotel, each with their own story and take on the challenges and benefits of being that age. The second play was One Stoplight Town, which was about how people sometimes resist change and are content with how things have always been. Again, there are pros and cons to each story, but overall the students got to experience several ages and stages of life, which allowed them to empathize with someone in a different situation than they have experienced before.
