Reminder to students and parents that our e-learning will begin Monday. Please go to our website for more details. In addition, as we get more information regarding any extension to school closures we will update our website and email you with those details.
Governor Pritzker has extended school closures through April 7, 2020. E-Learning will begin on 3/30. More information to follow early next week.
3/20 update. All buildings have been deep cleaned and we are ready to implement e-learning days if we should need them. We are currently monitoring the situation and the rapidly changing guidelines. D2 and D157 will be sending an update to all parents this weekend

Important alert. Received this from the IHSA March 15th, 2020:If you temporarily suspend your spring season, your athletes should not practice or compete with their non-school (club/travel) teams, or they will be ineligible for the high school team if and when the suspension is lifted.
Richmond-Burton Community High School will be closed March 16 - March 30, 2020. Please see the superintendent's letter below.
ATHLETICS UPDATE: ALL PRACTICES CANCELED DURING SCHOOL CLOSING AND SPRING BREAK. Coaches will communicate practice schedules for today 3/13 and tomorrow 3/14.
This weekend’s musical, Lucky Stiff, will have two performances 3/14 @ 2PM and 7PM. Tickets will NOT be available to the general public. Participants of the musical and pit crew will be given 2 tickets each for family members only.
All Spring sporting events have been postponed starting Monday, March 16, through Saturday, March 28. Practices will still be held during the postponement of events. Updates will be sent regarding any further postponements or cancellations.

Congrats to the RB Mathletes for winning their 14th consecutive Regional...beating Byron's record of 13 years! Great scores today from everyone nearly sweeping every category. The entire team qualifies for ICTM State in May!
